new BBC reality series to follow the city’s estate brokers

If you are a fan of Netflix Sell sunsets, you will know that the world of real estate can be as exciting as it is dramatic. And in Dubai, where you can find some of the most luxurious villas and apartments in the world, it’s no different.

Some of the city’s top real estate brokers are set to star in a new BBC documentary series, following their move to Dubai and their bid to reach the top of their game in the cutthroat industry.

Title The bustle of Dubai, the eight-part show will follow a group of UK haus & haus dubai brokers, who were named Dubai Agency of the Year 2020 by Bayut & dubizzle.

“We are honored to have been chosen as the broker for the show in such a competitive and impressive market as this. We intend to do Dubai proud and build awareness in the real estate market as a whole,” said Steve James, Marketing Director of haus & haus.

“Our three founders are British, and all value the opportunity Dubai has given them over eight years of running the business here in a property market underpinned by the country’s visionary leadership.

“We hope the show will help showcase the emirate’s thriving real estate market and why Dubai is continually regarded as a city where dreams can come true.”

Announcing the show, which will premiere on BBC Three, the BBC said: “With exclusive access to one of Britain’s busiest upscale estate agencies in town, this sunny series will follow the fortunes of young agents as they navigate this cutthroat and highly competitive world.

“The stakes are high for these brave Brits: if they don’t get the deal, a broker from a rival company will. But if they work hard, hustle hard and have a bit of luck on their side, there’s a lot of money to be made and a lifestyle they could only dream of.”

Although the release date for the series has yet to be announced, filming for the show is expected to begin in August.
