Buy-and-sell season in the Hamptons kicks off with JB’s lavish open house event at a state-of-the-art, all-glass property with glittering VIP guests in black-tie attire, a driveway flanked by high-end luxury cars and champagne fountains. Peggy will be looking to land her biggest listing ever, one of the most exclusive properties in the area, with a price tag of $35,000,000. Meanwhile, Bianca, energy broker and team leader from New York, will arrive on the scene to make sure everyone on the team ups their real estate game.
