Farrah Aldjufrie knows firsthand that it takes determination, ingenuity, and restlessness (she works five to seven days a week!) to become a successful real estate broker. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Her daughter, whose mother is Kyle Richards, has sold many fantastic multi-million dollar homes in Southern California, including a lucky Beverly Hills estate that she actually sold twice for over 30 million. of dollars !

The 30-year-old has allowed her Instagram followers to ask her questions about her life and work, and she recently shared some top tips, including her top tips for people who just got their real estate licenses.

Farrah offered three major tips for newcomers. First of all, “Try to get a job assisting a high level agent (or an agent with a lot of experience) or working in a team – you will get a lot more experience and it will be much easier later !”

Helping other agents is another way to learn quickly and get contacts, she said: “Offering to attend other agents’ open days to meet new people and try to find salespeople. /buyers.”

Farrah used all caps to emphasize that new brokers need to do their research: “KNOWLEDGE!!! Learn as much as you can about your target areas, comps, who bought and sold what, anything you can about the neighborhood, schools, etc.”

And when it comes to being safe on the job, Farrah advises always telling someone about the open house you’re working on and bringing a colleague with you whenever possible.

Take it from Farrah and you should be representing million dollar ads in no time!
