Farbman Group Chairman Named to Michigan Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons
Andy Gutman, president of Farbman Group, a full-service commercial real estate company based in Southfield, Michigan, was recently appointed to the Michigan Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons. Michigan Governor Gretchen Witmer made the announcement.

The Michigan Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons was created to license and regulate the practice of real estate brokers and salespersons in Michigan. The Council works with the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs to oversee the practice of real estate salespersons, associate real estate brokers, real estate brokers and branches.
Gutman was appointed to the Council by Governor Witmer with the advice and consent of the Senate. Gutman will represent real estate brokers and salespeople for a term beginning July 1, 2021 and expiring June 30, 2025.
