Costa Rican Real Estate Brokers Announce International Congress…

Recently, the CCCBR announced important information which will reveal the presentation of the Costa Rica Real Estate Congress 2022it will be held on September 22 and 23 in an internationally renowned hotel located in Escazú.

It will be a unique event since various specialists are expected to attend, who will present a series of topics of collective interest, in which cryptocurrencies, real estate, construction and technology come out. These types of events are organized with the aim of offering a kind of guide to entrepreneurs on conducting and optimizing business.

What’s planned for the event

For September, specifically for the 21st of the month, it is expected that everything related to Costa Rican issues will be held in said congress. Likewise, the president of the chamber said that “they will illustrate the situation and prospects of the Costa Rican real estate market in the future”.

At the same time, it is expected that recommendations will be given to improve the quality of processes in companies in order to attract foreign investment in order to improve the competitiveness of the country.

On a different note, the congress is expected to focus on the international real estate sector on September 22. In this part, it is important to highlight that the congress will count with the presentation of special guests from different parts of the world in which countries such as the United States, Mexico and Panama stand out.

In reference to the schedule in which these activities will take place, it will be between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. As for the same fee for House members, it will be $125 while $175 will be for strangers and other public attending. It should be noted that for the development of both presentations there will be refreshments.

Meaning of this congress for the Sector

Ofelia Ulloa, President of the Latin American Confederation of Real Estate (CILA) and International Director of the Chamber of Real Estate Brokers, said that investors are currently looking for a country that offers universal health care with a strategic location and where human and legal resources safety is excellent.

Likewise, Pablo Guir, president of the House of Owners of Costa Rica, said that the free zones and the real estate sector are the main components that have contributed to trying to stabilize the country’s economy and therefore the achievement of this type of events. this is what is needed to complete the consolidation of the country’s economic recovery.
