MIAMI–(BUSINESS WIRE)–A 241-unit multifamily property in Tampa, FL called Casablanca at University Apartments near the University of South Florida has just traded at an undisclosed price to Bayview Partners of New York. Bayview Partners is a boutique New York investment firm with a wide range of properties across the United States in its portfolio. Milestone Capital Ventures was also involved in the sale on the buy side of the transaction, but details were not disclosed. The property secured debt financing from Jonathan Singer of Strategic Funding. Structure Capital based in Fort Lauderdale was the seller represented by Cyril Bijaoui of The Company Real Estate located in Miami, FL. Cyril Bijaoui, the company’s president, said the sale met their expectations, but would not disclose details. “Multifamily remains the strongest asset class with such pent-up demand, especially in Florida, coming primarily from the Northeastern United States. Bringing this asset to market has generated nearly three hundred deals for confidentiality signed and countless calls and emails, all within weeks of signing up…it was something to see,” said Cyril Bijaoui. The property is located at 14350 North 22nd Street in Tampa, Florida.
