Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate negotiates three property sales in the northwest suburbs

Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (CCRE) recently facilitated the sale of three commercial properties in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.

In the first agreement, CCRE represented the seller 201 S. Grove, LLC in the sale of an 11,000 square foot condominium office suite located at 201 S. Grove Street in Barrington, Illinois. President Randy Olczyk and Senior Vice President Tom Callahan represented the seller in the recent sale transaction. Spring Creek Realty represented the purchaser, CCEEAA Group, LLC.

The fourth floor office condo unit is in the BMO Bank building in downtown Barrington next to the Barrington Metra station. Extensive renovations to common areas of the building are underway on the property. Condominium office suites are still available for sale, ranging from 3,800 to 11,000 square feet.

In the second sale transaction, Olczyk and Callahan represented seller Wilke Commons, LLC. in connection with the sale of a 6,400 square foot multi-tenant shopping center located at 7‐23 N. Wilke Road Arlington Heights, Illinois. Robert Thomas of Jameson Real Estate represented the buyer, Wilke Plaza LLC, in the recent acquisition. The property was 88% leased at the time of the sale.

In the final sale transaction, CEMR Senior Vice President Ray Okigawa represented seller Pet Project LLC in the sale of a two-storey, 5,495 square foot office building at 1603 Colonial Pkwy in Inverness, in Illinois, located in the village of Williamsburg. Okigawa also represented investor TNI Realty Holding, LLC in the recent sale.
